About

Hi, I’m Ayoub.

I’m a full-stack developer in Rabat, Morocco. I help founders and teams build real, shipped products: the kind that work on day one and don’t fall apart at 10,000 users.

Most of my work falls into three things. Full-stack SaaS, where I design the database, write the API and set up authentication people trust. Design-to-code, where a Figma file becomes responsive React components, animations and a design system your next developer can use. And cross-platform mobile, where one Flutter or React Native codebase ships to both iOS and Android.

I’m not the cheapest, and I don’t take projects where the scope keeps growing without a conversation. What you get instead is someone who asks smart questions, tells you the truth about timelines, and stays invested until it’s live.

How I work

A partner, not an order-taker

I ask the hard questions about your idea and push back when something doesn’t make sense.

Straight answers

Give me the 2-minute version and I’ll tell you what’s realistic and what the real timeline looks like.

Built to last

Databases that scale, solid APIs and auth users trust, so it doesn’t fall apart at 10,000 users.

Weekly demos

You see working software every week, on a preview link, not a status update.

Clear scope

A fixed scope and price in writing. If the scope grows, we talk about it first.

You own everything

Code, hosting, domain and accounts are in your name from day one.

Process

How a project runs

The same five steps every time. That’s what keeps timelines short: a tight, proven process and a component library I reuse, not shortcuts.

  1. 0130 min

    The 2-minute version

Tell me what you’re building. I’ll tell you what’s realistic and what the real timeline looks like.

  2. 022–3 days

    Scope & fixed quote

A written scope with milestones, a timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. 032–10 weeks

    Build with weekly demos

A live demo every week and a preview link for every change, so you see progress, not promises.

  4. 041 day

    Launch

Deploy, domain, analytics and a handover call. You own the code and every account.

  5. 0530 days

    Support

Bug fixes and small tweaks included. After that, a care plan if you want one.

Stack

The stack behind every build

The tools I use every day, so your budget goes into features instead of experiments.
